My all-time favourite pro rider. DeVlaeminck's talent, position, smooth pedalling style & ability to handle the cobbles are unmatched. And you have to love that Brooklyn jersey & those sideburns.The ultimate Classics rider.
A great racer and individual. He had panache especially on the cobbles. Even Merckx was less impressive dans les chemins des vaches.Ah the Spring Classics. For sure one thing I miss from my now distant Belgium!Thanks for sharing those great pics Steve!
